Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using FieldRep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the FieldRep application.

2. Description of Service

FieldRep is a CRM application designed for sales representatives in the medical device industry. It provides tools for managing contacts, accounts, visit notes, tasks, AI-generated briefs, and territory planning. The service is provided on an as-is basis during the current early access period.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Your Data

All data you enter into FieldRep (contacts, notes, visit records, tasks) remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and protected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FieldRep only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Enter protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable patient data into the app. FieldRep is a commercial CRM for healthcare sales, not a clinical records system.
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying system
• Share your account credentials with others

6. AI-Generated Content

FieldRep uses AI to generate prep briefs, follow-up suggestions, and summaries based on your data. This content is provided as a tool to assist your workflow, not as professional medical, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep FieldRep available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, roll out updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FieldRep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months (or $0 during any free access period).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
